  1. Return Policy
    If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. The conditions for return are as follows:
    ●Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    ●Item must include all accessories, tags and attachments.
    Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
    ●Items that have been specially customized or produced to your personal requirements.
    ●Opened electronic products unless the item is defective.
  2. Exchange Policy
    If you wish to exchange an item, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. The conditions for exchange are the same as for returns. Please indicate the item you wish to exchange and its quantity when requesting an exchange.
  3. Return and Exchange Process
    ● Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email at moonstruck@minitapepro.com to state your return or exchange request and provide your order number.
    ● Receipt Confirmation: We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide a return address and further instructions.
    ● Send Return: Please send the product back to our designated address. Shipping costs are borne by you unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
    ● Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to your payment account.
  4. Displayed Fees
    Please note that the shipping fee paid is not refundable in the case of a refund, unless the return is due to a product defect.
